  • High end perspective without the high end management cost

  • Arm you with information to have confidence in your decisions

  • Provide links, sketches, small CAD drawings, lists of criteria to shop for, etc.

  • Popular topics of conversation:

    • Floor Plan Concept Development: We start concepts from scratch and someone else drafts the construction documents. You will have sketches of floor plans to start conversations with contractors and your drafter.

    • Floor Plan Edit: You’ve started floor plans and we edit them to improve exterior style, floor plan layout, and consideration of interior design.

    • Small Room Plans: Have a remodel isolated to only a portion of the house? We can often get schematics drawn up in CAD for the layout changes, which you’ll take to develop further with another firm for construction.

    • Exterior Design: Materials, hardware, colors, and phase planning to know what order of operations to follow.

    • Shopping List Development: We discuss the needs you have for your project and create a list of things to look for when you go shopping. This includes conversation about material trade-offs, specific functions of fixtures, dimension guidelines, ballpark price suggestions for materials, etc.

    • Cabinet Design: Kitchen layout, built-in cabinets in a Living Room, etc. We can draft specific layouts that your cabinetmaker will reference when giving you a bid and creating their own shop drawings. We’ll discuss ergonomics, practicality, storage needs, materials/colors, charming details, hardware, etc.
